. • Continuously enhancing training content based on participant input and evolving technical requirements • Supporting the onboarding of new trainers and leading train-the-trainer programs • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external partners • Staying up to date with industry trends and innovations in wind turbine technologies • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in training equipment • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in training development projects when required Your Profile: • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a related field • Additional qualifications (e.g., master craftsman, engineer) in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or IT are a plus • Several years of hands-on experience in a technical environment, ideally in wind energy or plant engineering • Familiarity with frequency converters, fieldbus systems, and SCADA-IT systems is desirable • Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with confidence in front of groups • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, international work environment YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
